Bradwell ILWSF

Overview

The Intermediate Level Waste (ILW) storage facility at Bradwell Nuclear Power Station formed part of the Magnox—Interserve framework agreement to construct a number of these facilities throughout Magnox sites in the UK. Cara were chosen as a partner to deliver this framework as a “truly national supplier” was required. Value Engineering solutions were offered by Cara to the design team and a real collaborative approach to deliver the framework has been adopted by all team members.
