Overview
Located within the confines of a British Aerospace site adjacent to Morecambe Bay, this 250,000ft2 Strategic Facility was constructed in preparation for the next generation of Nuclear Submarines. Due to the Sites location, the main constraints were attracting local Labour and of course the coastal weather, which all layer there part in this challenging contract. Completing on programme demonstrated the commitment by Cara Construction, as well as all the contractors, involved in this prestigious contract lead by a strong, professional Wates Management Team.
