CBL New Company Structure

When Cara Brickwork was first established, we started working on Labour Only contracts, this grew expediently year on year, due to not only the fantastic team CARA Brickwork created but also the Health & Safety along with the quality and service we delivered as a whole.

Over 22 years later, we have been incredibly fortunate to now provide full Labour, Plant and materials packages (as well as Labour only) and with a strong cash balance sheet along with our turnover increasing year on year and with 95% of this being repeat business from existing clients along with developing new relationships with future clients also.

This has been down to the dedication, commitment, and extremely hard work the whole team who have delivered successfully over many many years, from the all the project teams, Directors and all the staff that work in our offices as without these we would not be as successful as we are to date.

We have also built up an excellent apprentice programme year on year which employs apprentices, with a high retention rate, including one of our apprentices working his way from apprentice to bricklayer to site manager to contracts manager.

Due to the successful progression planning & our continued growth of Cara Brickwork Ltd, we are delighted to announce the new company structure to ensure that the Cara Brickwork name continues to thrive, grow and prosper in the ever-changing industry including Modern Methods of Building.

Dane Green – Commercial Manager
