Ian’s journey with us spans even longer than a decade – though he did take a six-month break to see if the grass was greener elsewhere. Turns out, it was more of a muddy field!
Ian is an integral part of our team, known for his fantastic attitude toward safety, quality and teamwork. He’s played a key role in several of our large schemes, earning praise on every project he’s worked on.
To mark the occasion, our MD Neil Allen visited Ian on-site to present him with a gift voucher and some chocolates (because who doesn’t love a good chocolate fix?).
