Cara Construction and Brickwork Divisions have successfully secured contracts on the final phases of the £80m retail and leisure development at Barons Quay, Northwich.
Construction have previously delivered groundworks , slabs, drainage and external works in packages circa £3m and will add a further £0.5m with this phase. Brickwork’s total package value will be over £1m.
