Good luck to Cara Brickwork apprentice, John Mongan, who has been nominated for Apprentice of the Year, in conjunction with Salford City College, where he is studying to complete his Bricklaying Apprenticeship.
John, 23 years old from Salford, started his apprenticeship with Cara back in June 2017 following a work trial that was organised by SEARCH (Salford Employment and Recruitment City Hub).
Nominations for the annual awards are now closed, and the winner will be announced on Thursday 7th March, during National Apprenticeship Week.
Cara Brickwork are committed to providing local apprenticeship opportunities and currently employ 14. apprentice bricklayers across their projects in the North West.
