Crossfield Construction have awarded Cara Brickwork the masonry package on this project at Prenton Dell, Wirrall, which consists of 28 quality two-bedroom apartments.
Each of the apartments on this affordable homes’ development has its own dedicated parking space and seven have been designed to meet the needs of the elderly and people with mobility issues, with level access throughout and walk-in shower facilities.
Brickwork is due to start at the end of October and has a programme of 21 weeks.
This is the second scheme that Cara Brickwork have been awarded by Crossfield Construction after successfully completing ‘The Chavasse Building in the heart of Liverpool on time, snag free and within budget.
