Vermont have awarded Cara Brickwork the first phase of Aura, a new landmark scheme located at a prominent gateway into Liverpool City Centre adjacent to the New Liverpool Royal Hospital site and Grade II Listed Bridewell Studios.
The development comprises of an impressive contemporary high-rise student accommodation block located on the prominent corner of the site and a modern apartment building incorporating a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the residential block adjacent to the Bridewell Studio.
The scheme, which is currently on site, has a programme of 40 weeks for phase 1 with a view to continuing for another 26 weeks for phase 2. The works will include labour, plant and materials including secondary steel.
This is the second scheme that Cara Brickwork have been awarded by Vermont after carrying out the masonry package on Plaza 1821 last month.
