Cara Brickwork is delighted to have been awarded the masonry contract by @gmiconstructiongroup for the £27 million expansion of the Mabgate Campus at @leedscitycollege 🧱
The Mabgate Campus, already home to the college’s School of Events, Enterprise and Employability and studio spaces for Leeds Conservatoire—both part of the Luminate Education Group—will undergo a transformative redevelopment. The project includes two new five-storey buildings and the refurbishment of the existing Studio 24 structure, creating approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of modern learning facilities. This expansion will also contribute to the regeneration of the local area and provide valuable community resources.
Marco Ercoli, Regional Managing Director for Yorkshire for Cara Brickwork, said:

Brickwork on-site is now underway and is expected to continue for approximately 12 months.
