Cara Brickwork is proud to announce that we have been awarded the masonry package for Patagonia Place, a 31-storey, 278-apartment scheme situated on the iconic Liverpool Waterfront, courtesy of Vermont Construction Company. 👏
Designed by Falconer Chester Hall, this landmark project will be owned and operated by Your Housing Group under an agreement with Peel L&P, forming an integral part of the impressive trio of towers within Peel L&P’s wider Liverpool Waters development, all of which Cara Brickwork has been involved in.
Our previous engagements include Plaza 1821, a striking design by Hodder & Partners, constructed by Vermont, and The Lexington, a magnificent 35-storey building developed by Moda and built by BCEGI Construction Ltd.
We’re really excited to commence work on this project in the coming weeks, further solidifying our commitment to excellence in construction.
