We’re proud to be delivering the masonry package for Willmott Dixon on the exciting new Marple Community Hub for Stockport Council, a landmark development bringing together leisure, health, and library services in the heart of Marple Memorial Park.
Funded by the Levelling Up Fund, Sport England, and procured via the Procure Partnerships framework, the hub will feature:
📚 A modern library
🏊♂️ A five-lane swimming pool
💪 A 60-station gym
☕ A community café
🏥 A new home for Marple Clinic
Starting this December, our team will be on-site for 16 weeks, helping to create a vibrant, inclusive space that promotes healthier lifestyles and strengthens the local economy.
Through our Future skills programme, we’re proud to support apprentices from Stockport College, contribute to Apprenticeship Weeks, and engage with initiatives like HMP Styal’s ‘Have a Go Day’ creating real opportunities for people from barriered backgrounds.
This project follows the successful delivery of Viaduct Park and Interchange in Stockport town centre, and we’re excited to continue building spaces that matter.
