Cara Brickwork have secured the contract to carry out the Brickwork to Barons Quay, Northwich for Balfour Beatty.
This has completed a trio of packages for the Cara Group on the contract incorporating Groundwork, Brickwork and Flooring Packages on a combined contract worth over £3m
The £80 million development will include:-
• 20,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer
• 5 Screen cinema pre-let to Odeon
• 68,000 sq ft foodstore pre-let to ASDA
• 100,000 sq ft of retail accommodation
• 20,000 sq ft of restaurant/ bar accommodation
Work has already started and will continue till mid 2016.
