Chairman Joey Allen and Managing Director Neil Allen, both started their journey in construction as bricklaying apprentices. Their firsthand experience underpins the importance of providing opportunities for young people to progress, a principle deeply ingrained in our business model.
But our commitment to training doesn’t stop there. We’ve championed social value by partnering with The Ministry of Justice, facilitating programmes at Thorn Cross Prison to train and rehabilitate ex-inmates. It’s initiatives like these that truly embody our ethos of giving back and making a positive impact.
