Vermont Construction have awarded Cara Civil Engineering the external works package on X1 The Campus. Works will include surface drainage and waterproofing to podium deck.
This is the second external works package carried out for Vermont Construction having delivered the external works package on the X1 Media City development last year. The package was negotiated with Vermont on the back of Cara’s proven ability to complete works of this nature, with time and logistics constraints requiring careful, pro-active management and a willingness to work collaboratively with the client.
