Cara Brickwork have secured the masonry package on the the resurrected ‘Aura Scheme’.
Vermont have awarded Cara Brickwork the Masonry Package for the Full Scheme (phase 1a & 1b), which is to start imminently and lasts 72 weeks worth circa £2.5m.The works will include labour, plant and materials including secondary steel
The scheme which is a new landmark scheme located at a prominent gateway into Liverpool City Centre adjacent to the New Liverpool Royal Hospital site and Grade II Listed Bridewell Studios.
The development comprises of an impressive contemporary high-rise student accommodation block located on the prominent corner of the site and a modern apartment building incorporating a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the residential block adjacent to the Bridewell Studio.
Cara are looking forward to starting back on the scheme which will keep all the local labour in work for 72 weeks.
