Keepmoat have awarded the Groundworks and Masonry Package to the Cara Group on a Local large scale regeneration.
The £650 million pound Scheme to last over 4 years is aiming to strive to bring the place back to a fully thriving community and a neighbourhood of choice.
Ambitious proposals for the place will mean 1,250 homes modernised, 1,600 new homes, a re-invigorated park, new usable green spaces, new sports pitches, 2.7 kilometres of new paths and cycle routes.
Also the Scheme hopes to create 500 jobs and 2,000 work experience opportunities, which Cara Group are pleased to help alongside Keepmoat to achieve these targets.
