Cara has been awarded the Masonry package for Keepmoat on a 77 bed Extra Care Centre in Helsby, Chester.
The apartments are self-contained and designed specifically for older people requiring care, but who are still able to maintain a degree of independence. The communal facilities include a bistro, TV lounge, nail bar, hair salon and craft room.
Architect Pozzoni developed the design proposals for the three and four storey development fronting Cable Drive.
This is the 3rd in recent succession that Cara has been awarded Masonry contracts for Keepmoat, including the £650 million “Pendleton Scheme”. This scheme is scheduled over 4 years building 1,600 new homes.
Joey Allen, Managing Director quoted –
“The success of Temple School and the great start to the Pendleton Scheme shows the quality and quantity which Cara can produce, this has helped us secure this 18 week scheme, which is local for our workforce. We are keen to continue the good success we have built and hopefully continue to secure more projects with Keepmoat”
