The University of Chester
Cara Brickwork has won the masonry contract on the New Hall’s of Residence which is being constructed by Morgan Sindall, it will house 196 students within the University’s campus on Parkgate Road.
The four storey building, architect designed to the highest specification, will be situated opposite the Learning Resource Centre and next to the all-weather sports pitches.
The new Student Accommodation includes;
• Self-catering study bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
• Refuse storage
• Secure cycle parking
• Sports changing facilities
• A common room and reception area.
