Cara helps to build a festive Christmas tree at Wirral Met College πŸŽ„

At Cara, we’re proud to support the next generation of skilled workers, so when we got a call from Wirral Met College to help with their unique β€˜brick Christmas tree’ project, we were more than happy to get involved.

To bring their vision to life, we provided Red Engineering bricks alongside a pack of vibrant Glazed Green bricks, generously supplied by our valued partner, @lineardesignandconstruct.

Our Managing Director, Neil Allen, was at the college for the brick delivery and also took the opportunity to sign a β€˜commitment pledge’ with Paul Crawford and Michael Black. Speaking about the project, Neil said: β€œIt’s fantastic to see Michael and the team at Wirral Met doing something a bit different with the apprentices. This project challenges them to step away from the traditional β€˜one on top of two’ method and get creative. It’s a great way to build skills and confidence while having a little festive fun!”

As part of our ongoing partnership with Wirral Met College – where three of our apprentices are currently training – we were delighted to provide the materials needed for this exciting project. A huge thanks to Linear Design and Construct for their support in making this happen.

We can’t wait to see the finished Christmas tree, complete with flashing lights and a fairy on top. Stay tuned for updates! 🌟
