CARA have secured a contract to build a mixture of 3 and 4 storey buildings which is part of a £100 Million re-development of Whythenshawe town centre for Allenbuild. The development will provide 113,000sq ft of luxury office and retail floor space. The build will comprise of Spilt Faced and Polished Blockwork Elevations.
Andy Thomas, Contracts Manager for the contract added:
“After completing 2 successful contracts with Allenbuild and after being awarded as they’re Best Preforming Contractor of the year for 2009, we are pleased to be once again working for Allenbuild. We aim as usual to complete on time and to budget”.
