Morgan Sindall have awarded Cara Brickwork the masonry package on the New Multi Story Car Park and Energy Centre on the £1b Paddington Village in Liverpool.
Construction has started on site for the car park with the Masonry package due to start early July.
This is the 3rd scheme that Cara Brickwork have secured on Paddington Village for Morgan Sindall which shows the great relationship that the 2 companies have.
The car park is 12 storeys, with capacity 1,245 bays. The car park will comprise a combination of standard and accessible bays, as well as 12 electric vehicle recharging bays with capacity to increase this number in the future. The building will also offer parking for cycles and motorcycles and a Facilities Manager’s office.
