Cara Brickwork is extending its track-record in Liverpool by securing another Masonry Package for Willmott Dixon on a new £48m Headquarters for Merseyside Police Force.
The work sees Willmott Dixon construct a 12,800 m2 facility on St Anne’s Street in Liverpool to create four storeys of modern office space for up to 1,175 people. Willmott Dixon has been working closely with Merseyside Police Force since 2015 to get its new headquarters through planning and into the construction phase.
Designed by Ryder Architecture, the project will see Merseyside Police relocate from its current Canning Place HQ, built in the 1970s.
Willmott Dixon recently ‘Topped out’ the building with the Masonry due to start in the early July.
