Cara Brickwork have been awarded Phase 2 on the Rainford Technology College Project.
Due to the success on the first phase, Cara Brickwork have secured the second phase and the works package has been expanded. This includes the SFS to the perimeter which offers Interserve an “all in one envelope – package” Cara were given this opportunity due to the success of “envelope packages” that had been carried out by Cara on other contracts. The envelope package eliminates delays and enforces better coordination between trades.
Neil Allen quoted “Cara Brickwork’s reputation has been built the way the contract is run from Health and Safety, quality and commercially from start to completion, we are pleased to be offered the chance to prove that “all in one envelope package” works as previous contracts and will be run exactly the same as the Masonry packages.
