McGoff Construction has awarded Cara Brickwork the masonry package for a project on Rochdale Road in Manchester.
The site, known as Downtown Victoria North, is a 237-home £50 million build-to-rent scheme with approximately half a million bricks, due to be completed in late 2025. Designed by Jon Matthews, the Rochdale Road development will feature two blocks of 13 and 11 storeys.
The development will provide a mix of apartment sizes, from one to three bedrooms, on a former gasworks site near the Marble Arch pub. It will also feature a gym, underground parking for 29 cars, and a resident lounge.
Cara is looking forward to starting on-site with this new client and building a great relationship. Works are due to commence in August, and our team will be on-site for over a year
