Cara Brickwork has secured the masonry package for the first phase of Renaker’s prestigious Trinity Islands project.
Our team is gearing up to kickstart the internal blockwork package for Block D2 in late October, with an estimated duration of 14 weeks. We’re excited to collaborate once again with the exceptional team at Renaker , building on our successful partnership showcased in our previous work on the Wilburn Basin project, situated right next to Trinity Towers and Owen Street.
Block D2, one of the four stunning skyscrapers planned for this development, will stand tall alongside its companions, ranging from 39 to an astonishing 60 storeys high. Together, they’ll provide a total of 1,950 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with nearly 4,000 square feet of vibrant commercial space.
Designed by the renowned architects SimpsonHaugh, these towers occupy two distinct 2.2-acre plots, encompassed by the picturesque River Irwell, Liverpool Road, Water Street, and Regent Road. These plots, known as C and D, are divided by Trinity Way.
The C plot, situated east of Trinity Way, will feature two striking diamond-form skyscrapers. One tower will soar to 39 stories, housing 414 apartments, while the other will reach an impressive 48 stories and accommodate 521 apartments.
