The Company are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager, to cover the Manchester and Yorkshire regions.

The successful candidate will require the following expertise:

• Good Management Skills
• Excellent awareness of Health and Safety requirements
• A keen knowledge of contractual procedures
• The ability to produce programmes and prioritise workloads
• Computer Literacy
• Confidant, professional and flexible attitude
• The skill set required to produce monthly reports for senior management
• Analytical skills

There may also be the need to stay away from home on occasion due to coverage.
