Cara Construction have successfully completed the external works and drainage package for Tameside Colleges new Advanced Technology Building.
Cara acted as principal contractor, with the majority of the work involving installation of hard and soft landscaping and associated drainage, street furniture and lighting. Cara were tasked with delivering the works whilst the building became live, coordinating the movement of people and machinery as it was moved into the building though the works area.
The clients agent was Arcadis and the total contract sum was circa £300k.
