This scheme incorporates 614 apartments constructed over 5 blocks on the Salford Quays site. At a value of circa £100m the scheme represents one of the UK’s largest private rental schemes outside London.
Utilising approximately 1.25 million bricks, the build comprises of a concrete frame with SFS infills covered by a brick skin built from mast climbers, internal blockwork to car parking and commercial spaces in addition to installation of 4,200m of masonry support.
