Greenbank Student Village
Overview
Cara Brickwork was awarded the brickwork package worth £1.4m on blocks C & D (1st phase) of Greenbank Student Village, Sefton Park, Liverpool. The 1st phase is worth £90m to ULLCO which is part of a £250m masterplan to upgrade and rebuild campuses across Liverpool.
The new build student accommodation creates 1,370 ensuite bedrooms in total.
The Build consists of a concrete frame with a SFS frame to the internal skin with a recess jointed brickwork skin to the external, panels of feature brickwork were located on certain elevations.
