Hartford Grange

Cara Brickwork were awarded Phase 2 at Hartford Grange, Northwich, 17 high quality 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes from the Redrow ‘Heritage Collection’ with prices ranging between £530k up to £1m.

After reviewing programme completion dates for year end, Cara have been awarded the remaining 17 houses on Phase 2 with a view to moving on to Phase 3 which has a build programme of approximately 3 years.

This is the first contract for Redrow and hopefully we can build on the reputation for delivering a quality contract that surpasses their expectations on programme durations.
