Trafford Housing Trust and Wates Living Space Homes have redeveloped the 1.4-hectare plot in West Timperley, which has earned a reputation as a local eyesore and subject to numerous acts of vandalism and arson attacks.

The development of 33 family homes and 29 apartments incorporates 20 three-bed, 11 four-bed and two five-bed homes, with a further 12 one-bed and 17 two-bed apartments.

The quality of the brickwork and the management from start to finish on this flagship contract has set a benchmark for Wates Living Space on future developments.
