Royal Liverpool Hospital

Cara Brickwork has been awarded a £1m Masonry package for the new Royal Liverpool University Hospital by main contractor Carillion. With a capital cost of some £335m over a 3 year period, this is a landmark project for the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals Trust.

Upon completion, the new hospital will be the largest in the country with 646 beds, including a 40-bed Critical Care Unit, 18 operating theatres and one of the largest emergency departments in the North West.
