Overview
Forming part of the Northern Batch of Hospitals J V, Salford Royal has undergone a series of planned new build patient blocks.
An extensive civils package was undertaken involving 278 Roadworks, Drainage & Utility diversions.
A 400mm micro-tunnel was installed beneath a live operating theatre overcoming challenging ground conditions using a rotary wet head to eliminate vibration to existing structures.
