Rebecca from our team recently volunteered to help make a real difference to young people in Liverpool with The Talent Foundry.
The Talent Foundry (TTF) aims to increase social mobility by helping young people discover what they are amazing at, develop valuable employment skills and take the first step into the world of work.
Working with a professional TTF facilitator, Rebecca helped support students through workshop activities and provided advice and guidance. She shared insights into our industry, detailed her career journey, answered questions, and more to help show there is no ‘one clear path to success’ and that this looks different for everyone.
Feedback from the students included: “I look forward to the future now instead of dreading it”, “The programme made me less worried about the future”, and “The programme has shown us that you can be the person you want to be”.
