Wates – MFRS Prescot – continuing Cara’s ongoing relationship with Wates, work has commenced on the groundworks at the new Fire Station, with the scope including: foundations, drainage, attenuation tanks, retaining walls, external slabs and paving. Value circa £1m.
Sir Robert McAlpine – SKAII Jodrell Bank- a first contract for Cara Construction with this client brings an exciting challenge and great opportunity to showcase our abilities. The second building in this development will see Cara install foundations, drainage, attenuation pond, external works and extensive site wide ducting. Contract value circa £1.9m.
Willmott Dixon – Victoria St. MSCP – a complicated and tight site, WDC have engaged Cara to install the foundations, drainage, retaining walls and upper floor slabs for this new car-park in the heart of Liverpool. The expertise of the construction team supported by Cara’s specialist Flooring Division was a key factor in this contact award. Combined value circa £1m.
