Cara Brickwork are incentivising their new Apprentices by providing them with a starter kit to help them progress with their qualification and a uniform in the hope that this will make them immediately feel like part of the team.
The starter kit, supplied to Cara Brickwork by OX Tools, is provided at a discounted rate utilising their Tools for Schools scheme. The Apprentices are able to keep the starter kit upon completion of their NVQ.
