We’re delighted to have been part of the Trafford Gardens project, which had a topping-out ceremony this week to celebrate completing construction at its highest point.
In the heart of Manchester, this development will feature 149 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and will be completed in autumn 2025. These will be complemented by rooftop gardens and private courtyards, offering both luxury and green spaces to future residents.
Located just two miles South West of Manchester city centre, the site is only 300m from the nearest tram stop and overlooks Old Trafford Cricket Ground and Old Trafford Football Stadium.
This is a fantastic collaboration between Maslow Capital, Linear Group and Russell Bolton Consulting, along with support from @trafford_council and @greatermcr to transform brownfield land into much-needed housing for the local community.
