We’re excited to launch our Future Skills Apprenticeship Programme, a new initiative designed to give the next generation of construction professionals hands-on experience and the skills they need to build successful careers.
Starting with our brickwork division, this programme offers real opportunities for apprentices to learn on the job. We’ve partnered with Keyfix and Keystone Group to give them access to innovative products and expertise that will complement their learning. This collaboration helps us take the programme beyond the usual training model, providing apprentices with a more rounded experience.
