A new build mixed use development incorporating an Asda, cinema, restaurants and retail adjacent to Northwich town centre.

The scheme totally transformed a town centre struggling to keep pace with today’s needs to provide a vibrant, refreshing public realm and leisure complex.

Project Details

Supply and installation of circa 20,000m2² concrete floor slabs, including all reinforcement, surface finishes, surface preparation and treatment, working around service ducts, risers and the like, forming openings, upstands, construction and movement joints, recesses, plant bases and thickenings where necessary.
