Brand new facility for Muse Development Group. This is our first large contract with Bowmer & Kirkland having completed a polished concrete exposed aggregate scheme at One New Bailey Street in Manchester.

The main challenges on this contract was programme and surface finish to the car park and ramps.

Working to a high specification with an applied paint (By Others) is challenging, particularly during the winter. The painting contractor was delighted with the sample and we maintained that standard through out.
