Overview
Brand new facility for Muse Development Group. This is our first large contract with Bowmer & Kirkland having completed a polished concrete exposed aggregate scheme at One New Bailey Street in Manchester. The main challenges on this contract was programme and surface finish to the car park and ramps. Again, having completed similar types of contracts in the past, working to a high specification with an applied paint (By Others) is challenging, particularly during the winter. But the Painting contractor was delighted with the sample that we carried out and we maintained that standard through out.
